Man’s Defense Upon Arrest, “I Thought She Was 9”

21 year old man got arrested for having sex with an 12 year old girl. Police investigations revealed that the man had been introduced to the girl through another male acquaintance to the girl.
The both of them, decided to meet up at a hotel, where the man filmed their activities, and saved the movie onto his computer hard drive.
Afterwards the police received an anonymous tipoff regarding the girls involvement in all of this. Police decided to act and conduct a search of the content of her phone, and found images, leading to the mans inevitable arrest.
The man was charged with both obscene acts and making child pornography. As his defense the man replied: “I thought the girl was a 9-year-old.”
How he thought that would help him in any way, is beyond me.
Girl Faces 17 Years in Prison For Naked Pictures
A 14 year old girl in the US is facing charges of possessing and disseminating child pornography, with a maximum sentence of 17-years, after she uploaded explicit pictures of herself onto her MySpace page for her boyfriends “pleasure”.
The boyfriend was lucky enough to not have properly seen the images the girl have uploaded, and therefor faces no charges. The girl uploaded about 30 images of herself while undressed. The images there after soon came to the attention of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who immediately alarmed police of the danger this this “pedophile” posed to herself.
Police were quick on serving an warrant and charging her of possession and distribution of child pornography. Although she is a dangerous sex offender, she was soon after returned back to her mother’s custody.
If in fact she does get convicted, she will spend a lifetime of discrimination as a registered sex offender, along with rapists and pederasts. There is so far not been any signs of dropping the charges.
Many might be wondering, why an 14 year old girl is being “labeled” as a pedophile and may possibly face 17 years in prison, this is all due to “Megan’s Law”, a law designed to ensure those so much as look inappropriately at a child are denied normal lives.
Even the lady behind this law is feeling very uncomfortable on how it is being exercised, “This shouldn’t fall under Megan’s Law in any way, shape or form. She should have an intervention and counseling, because the only person she exploited was herself.”
Lolicon: “My Cat Downloaded Those Pictures!”
48-year-old US-Florida resident was charged with ten counts of possessing child pornography after police apparently found 1,000 such images on his computer.
When facing a police officer, the man tried to make him out to be innocent and knowing nothing of the images. Claiming his cat, must have downloaded them. How? Well, we assume by jumping onto the keyboard and the rest was pure will power of the evil loli loving cat.
Police however, was not convinced with the mans story. He is now being held in custody with bail set at $250,000.
The news about the loli addicted cat has reached 2ch, who has been seen commenting this; “If the cat did it, it can’t be helped. Perhaps we should get a cat too…”
