Mentally Disable Girl, Seduced Man?

One 73 year old unemployed man, living in Kyoto, had been accused of leading an mentally disabled girl back to his home, where he got the dirty deed done.
The girl, 13 year old, was walking outside, when all of a sudden, the man called out for her. She ignored him, but then found the man chasing her and pushing her down. Somehow that lead to her being led back to his home. Where he naturally let his inner beast loose, and touched her nether region.
The girls mother reported the incident to police, whom arrested the man. At this point he claimed that the girl had seduced him and nothing he did was wrong.
“She enticed me into taking her home with me.”
Police then informed the man of the fact that she was handicapped, at which he admitted to his crimes. While also stating he was unaware of her condition.
Hentai Teacher Used Stun Gun on 12 Year Old Girl
While on her way back from cram school in the late afternoon, a 35 year old unemployed school teacher, shocked the 12 year old elementary school girl with a stun gun, then continued on transporting the unconscious student back to his apartment in a taxi and imprisoning her there.
The girls parents reported the disappearance of the girl to the police during that evening. Police was shortly tipped of by an suspicious Taxi driver of an man who traveled along with an unconscious girl by his side that matched the description given.
The Taxi driver heard what he thought sounded like sparks during the journey, making it likely that the teacher used the stun gun repeatedly on her through out the journey to keep her quiet.
The police were lucky, the suspect had not made any moves to conceal his whereabouts or even gone through the effort to hide his crime from the taxi driver.
The teacher was soon found inside his apartment along with the girl. She had not been tied up or in any other way harmed.
