One 73 year old unemployed man, living in Kyoto, had been accused of leading an mentally disabled girl back to his home, where he got the dirty deed done.

The girl, 13 year old, was walking outside, when all of a sudden, the man called out for her. She ignored him, but then found the man chasing her and pushing her down. Somehow that lead to her being led back to his home. Where he naturally let his inner beast loose, and touched her nether region.

The girls mother reported the incident to police, whom arrested the man. At this point he claimed that the girl had seduced him and nothing he did was wrong.

Police then informed the man of the fact that she was handicapped, at which he admitted to his crimes. While also stating he was unaware of her condition.

The man of an North Carolina – US, household, were arrested after he had been listing a request to have his wife be raped through Craigslist.com.

One man agreed to his request and visited the couple’s home one late night, and armed with a knife, he “snuck” right into the bedroom where the wife was silent asleep, and proceeded to violate her while the rest of the family members, two young children and their father were in an another room, “unaware” of the entire event.

Police quickly noticed that there hadn’t been any “forced” entry made, and arrested the “rapist”.

Police then while doing further investigation found that the husband had responded to two request made in Craigslist.com in an effort to arrange for someone to come to his home and have sex with his wife, using some kind of “scary technique”.

Investigators believe that the husband hired the “rapist” without first telling his wife of the idea, thus giving the event more “realism”, ending with the wife being hospitalized and forensically examined, however suffered no significant injury.

The rapist in question, faces charges of first degree rape, two counts of first degree sexual offenses and a count of attempted sexual offense.

While there are no motives revealed quite yet, there might be a chance that this is one of those rare cases of BDSM play gone horrible wrong, if there are such rare cases.

However, one of them identified as Jonathan Guian, 29, decided to go back to Bernardo’s residence claiming that he had forgotten his bag.

Since then, Bernardo was nowhere to be seen. Her lifeless body was found 5:30 p.m. by a boarder, Herald Escovilla. A piece of cloth covered her nose and mouth, indicating that she was choked to death.

Escovilla claimed Guian was the last man he saw coming out of the victim’s house. He was nabbed by police in a follow-up operation. However, he strongly denied having anything to do with the rape-slay.

Guian is locked up at the San Mateo Police detention center.
