People in Washington witnessed an unusual way of puppet mastery, as the middle aged man without any restriction performed his indecent exhibitionistic puppet show.

A 44 year old man, one morning found himself face to face with the law, as he was reported by the neighbors of the Washington state apartment complex, due to his unusual performance ontop of an air-conditioner.
