Policemen Forced Her to Urinate Infront of them
Friday, March 5, 2010

Urinating in front of people is the most uncomfortable “event” for anyone (except perverts), but to be forced into it is even more uncomfortable and feels like an inhuman act has just been done to you.
This is just what the woman in her twenties experience it, and claims three police officers held her down and making her urinate in front of other onlooking police officers.
But why? It turns out that the woman was taken into custody after she had caused ruckus in her Osaka home and the police were well prepared with a warrant which led to their request of having her urinate in front of them. She declined and was then held down by three police officers while forced into doing their bidding.
The action of the police officers being very much against human rights gave the woman the right to proceed into launching a case against the police.
The police in their defence told that a woman officer was the only onlooker while she urinated and the men looked away at that exact moment.
The case could have backfired onto the woman herself, as blood and urine sample showed that she at the moment of her seizing had been under drug influence, but as the evidence were obtained illegally, nothing could be done.
